Adam has been a portfolio manager and analyst at Summit Creek Advisors since its founding.  Previously, Adam was a portfolio manager and analyst on the small cap team at Winslow Capital Management (growing the product to over $700 million in assets).  Prior to Winslow Capital, Adam was a senior analyst on the small and mid-cap growth team at First American Asset Management in Minneapolis.  Adam began his investment career in 1993 as an equity analyst at Piper Capital Management.  In 1998, U.S. Bancorp acquired Piper Jaffray and Piper Capital was merged with First American Asset Management.  Adam graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Economics from Luther College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.  Adam has 30 years of investment management experience.
